Customers in Italy using Wind 3 and Fastweb internet service providers are continuing to experience connectivity issues. Some customers using the TIM internet service provider are also affected. While the issue is outside of Shopify, we are continuing to work with our network service provider to assist with diagnosing the issue. We recommend that impacted customers contact their Internet Service Provider for further assistance.
Some stores are seeing no UPS shipping rates displayed to customers at checkout. If you use UPS as your primary shipping method, we recommend that you add rates from other carriers so that customers can complete orders. UPS is working on a solution and we’ll keep you updated.
Payment processing is failing for checkouts using PayPal Express. Other PayPal checkout methods should be unaffected.
Some merchants and partners are currently unable to log into their Shopify account. We are investigating and will keep you updated.
